This curriculum is applicable to those accepted in the 2019-2020 academic year, or earlier.


The Plan de Acción Tutorial (Advising Plan) regulates the organization of student advising. The main goal is to promote the integration and participation of students within the educational institution, with personalized monitoring throughout their learning process, and guiding them towards their future professional career.


  • Welcome, inform, and guide the students from the beginning of their college years.
  • Ease their adaptation to college.
  • Establish a continuous and personalized communication with the student.
  • Help the students to reflect on their own learning: troubles, doubts, and projects.
  • Guide the students in the progressive achievement of skills and learning outcomes.
  • Provide help throughout the learning process and help the students to analyze and solve the problems and obstacles they find.
  • Promote the use of validated information sources, suitable for their interest and learning objectives.
  • Encourage students' autonomous learning abilities
  • Assess students' Learning Portfolio.
  • Guide and assess students' work on their Final Project.
  • Advise students on professional careers and the job market after their graduation.

Advisions meetings

Advising meetings are both group and individual throughout the four academic years:

  • Welcome and informative by the Director and the Academic Head at the beginning of the first year.
  • The Faculty and the Academic Head establish advising actions towards guiding and support during their academic and professional careers throughout their education years.
  • These meetings are both virtual and in person, mandatory and on the students' demand.

The development of this Advising Plan is the responsibility of the Academic Head.
