Mobility Programs for Incoming Students
At ESIHMar, we offer various ways for students from other institutions to live an academic and clinical training experience of excellence in Barcelona. If you want to be part of our university community, these are the programs available:
- ERASMUS+
- SICUE
- Bilateral Agreements (Outside Europe)
Erasmus+
This European programme is aimed at students from partner universities who wish to undertake theoretical courses, clinical internships or a combination of both at our centre.
- Scope: Theoretical subjects and clinical stays.
- Funding: Erasmus+ scholarship managed and paid directly by the student's home university.
- Requirements: *Official nomination by the home university.
- Bilateral agreement in force between both institutions.
- Accreditation of B2 level of English (mandatory) and recommendation of B1 level of Spanish or Catalan.
SICUE
The SICUE programme allows students from other Spanish universities to carry out a period of study at the ESIHMar, guaranteeing full academic recognition of the activities carried out.
- Scope: Theoretical and/or clinical practical subjects (as established in the specific academic agreement)
- Funding: This program does not include a direct scholarship; it is compatible with public scholarships (such as the General Scholarship of the Ministry) or private scholarships.
- Requirements: *Have passed the minimum number of credits required by the current SICUE call.
- Meet the selection criteria of the home university.
Bilateral Agreements (Outside Europe)
For students from institutions located outside the European Higher Education Area, ESIHMar has strategic agreements that facilitate clinical and academic stays in a multicultural environment.
- Scope: Theoretical academic courses and clinical practices.
- Funding: Does not include direct grant from ESIHMar; The student must manage the funding through their home university or private funds.
- Requirements: *Official nomination by the home university.
- Compliance with the specific requirements detailed in the corresponding bilateral agreement.
- Language level as stipulated in the agreement.
