Outgoing - How does the mobility process work?
Every year, ESIHMar opens its calls for international mobility to assign the available places for the following academic year. These stays are designed to be fully integrated into your academic itinerary through the recognition of credits.

The requirements to participate are as follows:
To apply for international mobility, you must meet the following criteria: following requirements:
- Academic link: be enrolled at UPF in any of the official bachelor's, master's or doctoral studies, at the time of application.
- Minimum credits: have passed at least 60 ECTS (in the case of undergraduate students), do not have outstanding ECTS credits from previous years.
- Linguistic competence: accredit a minimum level of B2 in English or the language of the destination country.
- Administrative situation: have Spanish nationality, from an EU country, or have a valid residence permit in Spain for the entire mobility period. The academic record does not have to be closed when applying for the scholarship.

Minimum: 2 months (60 days)

Maximum funded: up to 4 months (subject to availability of funds)
- Cumulative limit: the sum of all your Erasmus stays (studies and internships) cannot exceed 12 months per study cycle (bachelor's, master's or doctorate)
- Period of validity (Call 26-27): stays must be carried out between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2027.
Financial endowment (Erasmus scholarship + internships:
The monthly allowance is determined according to the cost of living in the destination country, divided into three groups:

* Students with a general scholarship from the Ministry in the previous academic year or with a disability ≥ 33%.
- Payment terms:
- 70% of the scholarship: at the beginning of the stay, after delivering the Certificate of Arrival.
- 30% remaining: at the end of the stay, after completing the closing documentation.
- Compatibility: these grants are compatible with the MOBINT scholarship (AGAUR), national scholarships and any other remuneration offered by the host institution.
Compulsory insurance:
Insurance coverage is an essential requirement for the activation of the scholarship. You must have three levels of protection:
- Health insurance:
- European Health Insurance Card (EHIC): mandatory for basic coverage in the EU.
- Complementary Insurance: you must take out private insurance that covers aspects not included in the EHIC, such as repatriation or special medical transfers).
- Accident insurance: it must cover any incident both at the practice centre and during travel (itinere).
- Civil Liability Insurance: covers possible damages associated with third parties during professional activity or private life abroad.
Final procedure: before your departure, you will have to send a copy of the European Health Insurance Card and the private policies contracted through the specific tasks of Moodle.
