In this area, the group draws on neuroscientific findings about how the human brain functions, as well as on adult learning pedagogical models. This foundation enables the team to develop and/or adapt pedagogical strategies that enhance knowledge integration and retention, the development of skills and professional competencies, and the promotion of healthier, more respectful, and transformative learning environments. From this area, the group promotes critical reflection on nursing learning environments, the design of curricula, the development of teaching models and methodologies, and the evaluation of their impact on nurses' professional development.
