The simulation methodology is primarily formative.

Below you can consult all the activities carried out in the Bachelor's and Master's studies.

Evaluative Activities

The Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills (OSATS): This is an exam format conducted in the first and second years of the Nursing Degree. It allows for the objective assessment of technical skills practiced throughout the term, thanks to the use of evaluation rubrics. In each OSATS period, the student faces two clinical scenarios in which they must demonstrate the level of technical skill developed.

The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE): This exam format is conducted in the fourth year of the Nursing Degree. It enables the objective, standardized, reliable, and uniform assessment of nursing competencies acquired by students over the four years. The student faces four clinical scenarios, created from real situations, and has a set amount of time to respond to each scenario.
