Susqual - Objectives

SUSQUAL aims to address how we can enhance the sustainability of the clinical practicum model in nursing studies in Spain, while ensuring high-quality teaching-learning experiences and the well-being of both students and clinical mentors.

To answer this question, three complementary specific objectives have been established:

1. To identify barriers to and facilitators of quality of mentorship during the clinical practicum in nursing studies in Spain from the perspective of students and clinical mentors.

2. To gain an in-depth understanding of the clinical mentors and students' experiences during the clinical practicum in nursing studies in Spain.

3. To develop a clinical practicum model in nursing studies that is sustainable, provides high-quality teaching-learning experiences and promotes the well-being of clinical mentors and students in Spain.
